Glorification of Shukla's Instinct for Violence

After watching today's episode, I was naively thinking okay NOW there is nothing left to prove. Asim was just grabbing a bag as per the task, Shukla was pressing him against the shelves, Asim shouted at him in anger, Shukla pushed him violently multiple times completely unprovoked. There are no arguments now. Instigation etc (which was always a pathetic excuse to begin with) was used as a loophole, but this time around there is no scope for even that. How wrong I was.

As soon as I opened Twitter I was inundated with anti-Asim tweets.

Vindu Singh is tweeting that Asim is a hate monger (??)

Manu Punjabi is repeatedly comparing Siddharth to Kabir Singh (In a GLORIFYING way 🤢), he actually said "How can we be upset with a man whose personality type-based movie we made a hit with over 200 crores"

People on Twitter are using horrible racist and Islamophobic language to attack Asim.

WHAT THE F**K IS GOING ON?

Is this real life? Are we dreaming here? Is this the state of no-conditions hero worship in our society? Is this what we allow in the name of good looks? Of TV stardom? Or success? Of praises and appreciation from a movie star? Is this the result of an entire continent of bad parenting? Bad role models? Is this because of the Bachchan movies we all grew up watching?

I am genuinely shocked here. If people can defend this shit, then honestly, its best to stop watching the show. Watch it in groups, or via an untraceable way if you must, but this NEEDS to be cut off and not supported directly. We have to do better than this. These people are (fully knowingly) exploiting a man's deep mental issue of having no control over his violent streak, in the name of an entertainment reality show, for profits and ratings. And people are not only falling for it, but happily changing their own morality to allow for this to be normalized. We are fu*ked as a society.

There is not point in trying to reason with them or in boiling your own blood looking at what they are churning out... they have gone beyond a point of redemption as far as their love for Shukla goes. I hope they are able to see things more objectively once the season ends.

Very well written. I cannot believe how people have blinders on and not see the true picture, is it just because he is good looking???

A lot of the hate against Asim is from Sid's pr and bots. I do have to admit that Sid has great pr.

Vindu is supporting Sid so steadfastly because allegedly he has put money on Sid's win so he's trying to promote Sid and vilify his competitors to try to ensure that public votes for Sid and makes him win.

Besides, it's not all too bad as Asim has gotten a lot of support as well. On the colors twitter page Asim is winning over Sid 52-48 in a poll with over 40,000 votes. So that means a lot of ghe audience is supporting Asim.

Even on reddit people are siding with Asim.

On Insta though a vast majority is Sidnaaz shippers. So they definitely outnumber Asim fans by a huge numbers and will obvious have a negative opinion of Asim.

Honestly, even if I was a Shukla bhakt like these people are, I think at this point this would be my opinion:

My favorite in the show is deeply flawed. He has a serious mental issue of having no control over his violent streak. He repeatedly doesn't let others talk, gets unnecessarily aggressive over small meaningless things, and has a now proven track record of violent behavior. This is not a good time for him to be on a reality show, and he should be evicted so he can get the help he needs.

Like, this thinking MAKES SENSE to me coming from a Shukla supporter. It shows logical rationality, objective morality, and the acceptance that there is a problem. But people who are unconditionally supporting him and saying Asim is wrong? That is what is really baffling.

I am in hurry to go now.

Evening I will write.

In short we are already worse. That we watch BB 1 from starting. This show itself is not good for society.

But sid ki so called violence ko dekh ke, kya aap violent ban gaye hain? Nahi na. Aap ki moral value toh strong hain.

Aise hi koyi aur bhi, is show ko dekh ke khud ko badal nahi raha hai.

Na toh ye Asim Sana sid paras Rashmi koyi role model hai mere aur na hi hero.

These are just characters in a forced reality type game.

Main toh abhi bhi kisi posts mein inko kisi ko bhi abuse Kiya nahi hai. Magar bahut log abusive ho gaye hain. Aur animal ke words use Karte hain.

Someone told that even I Bark.

Humein Pata hai ki kya real hai aur kya Show hai.

Morality pe aur society reform hi discuss karna hai toh news channel ko discuss karein, that I do in reddit.

Ye show koyi educational show nahi hai. It's a cheap entertaining show.

It is interesting to watch people in these situations.

But yes you are correct, jinko pasand nahi hai, woh log na dekhe, chhup ke bhi nahi.

Magar doosre logo ke liye TV kharab na Karo. Apni pasand ke doosre show dekho. Jo dekh rahe hain, unhe dekhne do.

I love action, and horror movies. Aur aaj tak ghost mein believe karta nahi hoon. Aur violence main karta nahi. Meri personality ye TV show change Kar nahi sakte hain. I am quite mature for that.

Show ke character discuss karna alag baat hai. I let loose. In mein koyi Mera role model hai nahi. Aur main kisi ko abuse karta nahi.

This time Asim was not wrong at all, there is no way he provoked him this time.

I am an Asim fan but not a blind fan, like that fight 2-3 weeks ago I found both wrong, so I said both were wrong, but this time Shukla is totally wrong!!!

Task karo toh bhi problem, task na karo toh bhi problem!! If it was Sid instead of Asim who was the victim then these supporters would have again said Asim is wrong, cause according to be them Sid always has to be right. It's fine to be a fan, but not a blind fan, where you support everything of your fav.Not only Sid, but even Asim fandom and Sana fandom has this issue, but not that much! This blind favouritism towards Sid is way too much.

There r things i dont like about Asim too(like he does get violent, and at times even he isnt fully right), but now I am seeing a much improved version of Asim and I m glad I m supporting him, I rather support him over a bully who can push people whenever he wants to and who always says some really bitter and mean things about girls and never respect them, and is also very selfish too. Cant believe ppl actually prefer him over Asim. Okay for those who says Asim is aggresive too, how about Rashami? What's her mistake?! Rashami is such a clean-hearted person, and she never behaved the way Shukla did even if her so called friends backstabbed her, and she never went physcial and can still she can look like a villain to them. Do they even know the defination of villain?! Ppl like Rashami, Asim, Himanshi deserves much better. The show doesnt deserve ppl like them. Even if they dont win the show at least they have won some respect and hearts. Bb rakhe apna fixed winner apne paas.

i noticed here also, some ppl clearly just because asim is muslim in every thing bashes him. and ofcoure there are more ppl from other religion supports asim. but i wonder about those few ppl every time why this hatred?

when clearly visible wat sidharth shukla is doing, being a human can you support it? what's in those blind love for any celeb that turns into you a monster too?

every year blindness happens, but this type of Violence never happened, if happened to a little extent bb sent him or her outside.but this time every limit crossed and i am more over shocked, upset to see his supporters blindly supporting this mentally sick person!!

i believe criticism makes friend more better person, like this if u can criticise your fav star too, it will make him understand his flaws and also will make you better person.
