Oh haha that hook step challenge wala vid showed up in my recs yesterday too 😆. I was only able to watch the first 5 minutes kal cuz I had to go sleep. But they are deffo cute. Lol I didn’t know Vik is trained in modern jazz contemporary 😆

The way he was doing the slow motion step and so happy that he guessed it 😆.

Their banter was cute. Harleen seems sweet in real life too. :)

One other under-rated moment from season 2 is the scene in the taxi when Veer is high on the anti allergy stuff and he overhears Sam talking to Ahaan on the phone and her calling him “Mushroom”. 😆

When he laughs, Sam gets irritated and starts trying to explain why she calls Ahaan that, toh Veer laughs and says ki why would he question this....he himself got called “Dumpling” once 😆..

Sam only called him “Dumpling” once in season 1 during that party at his house but he remembered such a small thing also 😆....sab yaad tha isko despite “moving on” .

Despite them playing “fake” couple at that party, that was the first time they actually got a sense of how they would be like as a couple. Lol especially the way Veer described their first meeting.

All of season 2 was basically Veer trying to become what he thought Sam would like - an overly mushy person constantly doing grand romantic gestures. He was doing all of it for Debbie but subconsciously the trigger was all coming from his hurt over rejection from Sam. He thought that is why he got rejected - cuz he wasn’t “romantic” enough for Sam 😆

What irony then that when he meets Sam again, she doesn’t like this version of him 😆....and he’s confused again ki then why did I get rejected 😆.....it’s amazing how he remembered every little thing Sam said to him....down to her saying she wished someone would love her that immensely. He was literally subconsciously still trying to find his way back to Sam. Lol bechara

And Sam also spent a lot of season 2 trying to become the person she thought Veer would respect - person who wasn’t an emo mess, was in control of her life, loved in balance and moderation. But irony again, when she showed this version to Veer, he was like who are you and what did you do with my Sam😆....mujhe toh real waali Sam hi pasand thi. Lol

Exactly they both changed themselves according to their assumptions of the others but forgot ke dusre ko toh yehi raw and rough versions pasand aaye thay full of flaws wale what was even funnier was they were trying to asjust themselved into the new personalitues yet wanted the other to remain exactly the same😆

Yup he was so proud of himself uske baad he was always a tad bit late and so disappointed in himself😆 But later they got the same gift so he was like ok whatever😆 she was so quick though

What was cute was how in all of them they kept saying we are so good man hahah they were so proud of themselves for doing all these so well so cute it was. Awesome teamwork and taal mel hai from what i gather from these

There is honestly still material to explore with their complicated psyches😆.....season 2 mein one set of assumptions got tackled....but there's still more remaining.

The way these two interact....they both have triggers that make them reactive, defensive....it's a strange paradox....they understand many unsaid things between them in other ways....like Veer knew all the things she likes without her telling him explicitly....and she knew he still talked to Alina, that the ring thrown in the fountain was Alina's ring.....but at the same time, they will retreat into a shell if confronted with some truths.

Different situations bring out different sides of them....and they genuinely have a battle of wits over so many things....ek dusre ko samjhenge bhi aur phir suddenly self-protective mode mein chale jaayenge aur taunts maarna shuru kar lenge.....lol

This is a good interview.....really nice answers from both Harleen and Vik.....so articulate and sorted....rare to hear actors speaking well these days😆

I watched the launch IV for season 2 and a couple of other IVs from Harleen and Vik, and the thing that comes across the most is how much they themselves love the story and characters....they talk a lot about the relatability factor especially.

I guess that adds to their conviction in playing these characters. Vikrant especially sounded very excited about the season 2 storyline and Veer's journey.

They shot the whole season in one go in two months.

Yes she was rumoured yo be with vivky but they broke up shortly after. Now he is rumoured to be with kat🤔🤐 and i will check this out agar time laga raat mein

Some of the best moments in this season are moments when they are just looking at each other with so much softness in their eyes....not even realizing how much the love they feel is stark on their faces.....

This is one of my fav. scenes....first for the way he's looking at her as she tries to claim she was joking about Debbie and then the way her expression shifts when he pulls her into a hug.....
