Oh this is one of my fav. scenes of theirs.....it would be so very easy to dismiss Nakku's feelings as just a big crush on Dutta....but this is the scene where they elevated it to this amazingly pure emotion that she felt for him.....equating him to the moon that spreads light everywhere even if it can't be attained.
There was always this bittersweet angle to the way Nakku was falling harder for him during that phase....this was a rare scene where she allowed herself to revel in that emotion without any expectations.
Isliye toh show mein substance tha that we can still connect to all these years later.
I know itna pure tha her pouring her feelings out uspe kisi ko pyar kaise nahi aata and the fact that she wasn't being mahaan in this. What I really appreciated always was she was open about her feelings ab usko pyar jo gaya toh usme kisi ki kya galti the fact that she didn't expected or tried to snatch it from someone else stood out forget anyone she didn't even bothered to tell dutta ek tarfa pyar tha initially and she was honest about it haan yeh alag baat hai ke dutta also had feelings that he wasn't giving a name too but one can see it in his trust in him opening up yo this complete stranger in letting her know more than she should've as the house help and it all came from deep inside that andha vishwaas and a feeling of companion/humdard and it was only because of nakku ki warmth her apnapan ka ehsaas and her purity. Man they will remain special
Also aww at nakku ka breakdown scene when this stupid aas supriya went and hugged bhai aww nakku ka kaise rona nikal gaya like a kiddo and her accepting that she didn't knew it'd hurt so much hai mereko itna pyar aa gaya na I wanted to just hug her such a cute little thing she is. So childlike at times and so mature at other times.
Ob the contrary I cannot stand this supriya ke drame ek toh bhai is hurt already and yeh uppar se chakku chala rahi hai apne uppar aur phir behosh ho gayi zakhmi dutta isse bhi tend kare matlab what a brat she is😆 the contrast between nakku's feelings her care and then supriya and her drame stands out so much
Also I feel like the brilliance stands out even more now that we've grown up too. I feel like am falling in love even more on this rewatch pehle kuch baatein sar ke uppar se guzar jaati thi
