Ofcourse showing marriage by just putting sindoor and MS is wrong but then that’s the creative liberty taken , which is nothing new ...

What matters is the Intention , the sentiments.

Anurag is not putting MS and sindoor on any random girl . For him that is reserved only for Pre ...and so far writers have taken care of that .

Hmm but RS as a southie in our culture sindoor and mangalsutra are enough for marriage, we don't have pheras. Sindoor and mangalsutra is what we believe to be as main marriage rituals. I guess for Bengalis it's just sindoor and some northern parts sindoor, mangalsutra and pheras. So we can't call it completely wrong as many cultures have different rituals.

Anyway for me consent matter than any ritual. I will forever believe in their dhaaga marriage only ♥️😆

Consent is of utmost Importance Gopu .... and hence for us Dhaaga marriage will always be superior .

If it’s your heart that accepts something no matter what ppl say those will be empty words ... applies in real life too 😆and so does to Pre and Anu .....

their hearts have accepted each other as Husband and wife and that’s what matter to them .

Why not view this show as a fictional one and why try to see reality in it . Writers as per their convineince nullified dhaaga marriage everyone accepted that and we did too and same ways now they showed they are married ... it’s a show written taking creative liberties ..... but AnuPre hearts have always been at the right place wrt each other and that should matter .

Atleast they are not married to one , consummating saying I love you and then keep love feelings for each other ..... basically not two timing 😆....

Jab tak they are not doing this ..... I’m fine because they’ll be loyal to the Love they share .

Marria rituals are just namesake ..... if one heart is not in it , it holds no value . High time ppl accept this . So many lives will get saved .

Sorry I'm butting into an existing conversation here, but I have a general problem with this existing notion in india wherein the onus of sending a "right message" to society falls on television shows and movies. Why is that so? Why is it when the writers of a show write a story, however implausible it might be where the leads get married unconventional ly, we immediately go up in arms accusing them of "mocking" rituals. It's just fiction, entertainment. Can we please stop taking life lessons from it.

Going by this logic, every show, movie etc which shows a marriage sequence is "mocking" our traditions because we always see actors and actresses getting "married" following rituals on screen, but in reality they are not married. They're just "acting" the rituals too. So going by that logic, any two actors who get married on screen using rituals is also mocking them.

All im saying is can we please stop expecting our TV shows and films to be the moral compass for the society? Watch the drama, enjoy it or turn it off..

OK but can I just say it's becoming more and more obvious that someone from the writers team is usually around this forum. A while back there was some post or some issue about how Anurag is leading Komo along because he has no problem with Komo calling him baby. (I can't remember the details now). Aaj CVs ne yeh issue ko bhi address kar diya.. They've also addressed the million dollar who is prerna's husband debate.

This proves the CVs cannot tolerate a word against anupre. 😆yeh toh sabse bade shippers nikle. 🤪
