I too doubt the show is going off air anytime soon, however much I would like that. Reasons being there are hardly any new shows in the pipeline for star and if Star has to start pulling off shows, there are much worse performers to face the axe now. Also show is now averaging 1.6 for the past 1 month with an increasing trend for now whereas it averaged 1.8 before that since after the Swiss track(even that had a very low trp of 2.1 to 2.3, in terms of ROI when you take into account the production cost of those 2 weeks) When you compare the trps then and now with the investment cost, I don't think the PH will be alarmed right now. They're going to ride this track out, for sure.

I'm only hoping that the completely lacklustute and filler episodes this week, culminating in today's car crash(literally and figuratively) of an episode is only becaus there wasn't a proper plan in place to accommodate parth's leave. From the little BTS we've got of upcoming episodes I hope the pace picks up next week. I only hope this week's horrible episodes doesn't reflect very badly on next week's trps.

As already mentioned by people here, this shows USP has been anupre, whether people want to accept it or not. Look at the number of comments on yesterday's SP post and just compare it with the comments on other posts of supposedly more popular shows. The fact that even online buzz is at an all time low now goes to show how disappointed all viewers are.

Absolutely plausible...

After all, everything boils down to return on investment. Given how they are scrimping and saving on budget, the rating now might not be alarming, considering the roi, they must be getting.Conversely, given high overhead and promotional cost during Swiss track, even the TRP that the Show was fetching then might not have been good in terms of roi. By that logic, NB track should have been the golden days in terms of roi.

BTW any idea how does TRPs translate into return?

Hope....the episodes we got till today are those shot before everyone went for vacation. Except for Eri, everyone else were on a break i think. Even Parth after coming back from Nepal didn't come for shoot directly, as his cousins from Pune were there with him in Mumbai. He & Pooja reported only in the evening. Shubhaavi too might have been on a short vacation, as it was her wedding anniversary. So, i think by today, all the cast will be back and from next week onwards we might be getting interesting episodes, with now Pre & Shivi alone knowing the truth, while Pre & Komo trapped by Anu's ML has to avoid direct confrontations and at the same time have to ensure to keep the other person away from Anu. When the previous track was running, i had allowed myself a timeframe of December end to continue watching KZK. If it was the case then, now with lots of positive vibes coming from the show, why should i be bothered about anything. I will just wait for the upcoming episodes eagerly as we know that in this track it is going to be AnuPre always. Today also we got to see destiny playing its role by leading Pre's resume into Anu's hands. So, i am ready with the pop-corn & 7up.😎

Yes it wouldn't coz the production cost then would've been very high. In general Europe is an expensive destination to travel in and Switzerland takes the cake as one of the most expensive destinations in Europe.

Let them now release episodes with unseen AnuPre scenes from Swiss and see the difference. I am getting more excited thinking of it.

Yeah true that... And rumors had it the Swiss promotion alone cost mata around 40 crores. Added to that was the remuneration(s) of actors that came into the show after the track and costume and make-up on top of that. No wonder, CVs came up with that pathetic ek chhat wala track to save on the sets.

Oh ok...Probably higher the TRP, higher the revenue from advs. Makes sense.
