Arhaan admitted same strategy in one of the interview.

Arhaan said they were gone see thing as friends first couple of weeks, then more than friends, and then romance angle. They were building up romance angle.

These words were Arhan's not mine.

Yes he said ye rashmi aur arhaan ki strategy thi ki wo starting mai just friends play karege and as the show progresses to love angle banayege but ye itne slow the that iske pehle ke kuch kare he got evicted.

In an interview which I saw he told that before entering into Bigg Boss house they are friends only. But after that he thought that it is more than friendship. And while talking to Paras Rashami said that comfort hai I like him, she also said something like itna ubharke koi feeling nahi hai. She also didn't want any controversy.
