Because this is Minnie-centric and she needs to heal, there will be a way for her to find out. Her journey won't be complete otherwise.

well then this needs HS to be there in season 2 to happen. The writers havent felt it was important to mins life to keep him why will they think it is important for mini to know he wanted her as daughter. they will just get on with it i think.

We want her to get closure with her parents but we don't even know if this is important for the writers. According to all the promos, their only focus is on the bond between the two sisters.

i know if her parents were important for writers they wouldnt have ended this way on such a bad note . and even if they showed this ending they would have retained her parents for her to find her way around them again.
Somehow Gur, my love and respect for him as an actor and as a person went up several notches today. Didn't think it could go higher than it already was but he never ceases to amaze me.
I know this is just the beginning and I feel that we're yet to see his best work. Just imagine that. I am sad PB is over but I'm also really excited to see what he'll do next.
It has for me too. He doesn't have to do any of this. He can just keep on working but the fact that he's taking the time out to make sure we're doing well... it's just something else. Then there's also his humility and gratitude that's incredibly heartwarming.
Him saying he got even more confidence to work as an actor makes me hella excited!! Just imagine the kind of performances we will get now that he's amped up.

I guess it depends on whether or not they want her to get closure, because clearly having Arya as a constant reminder of HS would mean something.

The last thing Babita ever says is that Minnie has gone far away from her.
He knew what Babita was feeling and could probably guess what the letter was about, yet he couldn't bring himself to console her. The look on his face said that he knew Babita was going to suffer through all this but at the same time he knew she'd brought it upon herself, especially but not even looking at Minnie as she was leaving. That physical distance will grow into emotional distance between Hanita too.

@bold and this would have not only made it an incredibly beautiful and satisfying journey, but it would have given PB the cult status it could so easily have gotten. Seriously.

I think he knows we're hurting and mourning the loss of HS and he's helping us stay sharp but asking us to remember him with fondness, the way we do for the departed.
Also the fact that he took screenshots of our words to keep motivating himself during periods of lull between projects is really such a wonderful thing to know.
His humility is really something else and I think that's his biggest strength. Yeah, he was overwhelmed by the initial reaction to HS and all the adulation since and until now, you can tell from his words. No airs, nothing. He gives all the credit to the others. I love him and am super excited for his next project now. He had to let go of HS to move on to better things. It was a great learning experience for him and for us! Forward spiral.
