Haha, I doubt he'll do that. Your question requires a lengthy response while he has primarily spoken to me in ten words or less.

But I'll still try on the 21st!

Ha ha! Sure... for starters, maybe ask him why HS couldn't voice his feelings to her and we ended up with a voice-over? ☺️

As horrid as it turned out eventually, in recent times I'd pick Arjun Bijlani's character in IMMJ for the first year or so. Man there were so many shades he portrayed that he kept you guessing. ITV doesn't do gray characters well, or if they do, then they can't keep it up for too long and either whitewash them or turn them all black.

I wouldn't mind if he did something episodic either, i.e. solve a case an episode or something.

I was thinking of seeing him in a detective role or something but the cases in ITV aren't all that great. 🤔

I would love it if he got to be a part of a crime mystery web series! Like, have one really tight story of about 3 - 6 episodes or so. If needed, they can have more in separate series. Something like the British television if you've ever watched those before.

I think so too. I also feel that through Arya, Minnie might end up re-living the parts of her childhood she missed out on. Gosh it's so sad she has to grow up as Orphan Arya.

This is why I didn't want Hanita to have a kid.

It sucks for Minnie though. In her teenage years she had to mother Babes and in her twenties she has to do the same to Arya. She can't even blame her though since she's literally just a kid.

As for Arya, Idk if she fully understands that she's an orphan yet. Hopefully, her relationship with Minnie allows her to reach a stage where she doesn't fully miss their absence. There will obviously be a void, but perhaps not one so big that it will leave her damaged permanently.

Sherlock style? Why not!

Yeah, ITV cases aren't that great. Only Ronit Roy pulled it off in Adaalat. There was one called Arjun that was really good.

Yeah. If they hadn't done this to season one, I might have even watched season two because I know the writing will be good but to think they might put us through more heartbreak, that too with a little kid involved, I just don't think I could take it.

Maybe Imarti's track, yeah.

I can't remember when I stopped. I think it was during the shaadi track. My heart was no longer in it and Babita had just gotten tiresome by then.

Again, thinking back to those times I feel so stupid for having spent hours and hours on those posts.

Don't be so tough on yourself. 🤗

Whatever you connected to during that time was real. The dialogues, the acting, the screenplay, it was all wonderfully crafted and it had a specific purpose.

KK mucking up the latter half of the show is on them, not you.

Well, maybe preempt that by saying 'aside from what the script or director demanded' what was your take on HS' reasons?

Hum thodi peeche hatne waale hain?! 😆

I watch Arjun when I'm really bored but the acting hasn't always been top notch. 😅

Maybe a Byomkesh Bakshi but for TV? I saw Sushant's movie for it and loved it! Would love to see more cases / stories for this character.

Sigh... I know... still...

I think while writing those analyses I got even more attached to HS. Then the Imarti episodes aired and the balcony scene undid me. I haven't been able to write about that episode/scene and don't think I ever can. It's too painful.
