No. In contrary, it is a face saving strategy for Deepika. If it doesn't fare well, the blame will easily go to clash instead of starpower đ

Number doesn't matter for me, impact does. His performances as Bajirao and Khilji are one of the finest in this decade.

If Semi-Hit is flop then Ranveer is another floppy with only 5 Hits in his career in which 3 are with SLB-DP collaboration.đ
With this logic, every other actor whose movies clash, they are not confident about their projects and want to garner attention with the clash.
And why is it not the other way around? With the same logic maybe Ajay is not confident about his project and wants to garner attention with the clash.
Which movie declared it's release date first, Chhapak or Tanhaji?

Numbers don't matter to you only when your favourite is exposed. Otherwise you've no problem talking about Semi-Hits and Flops.đ
Dilwale had no impact on me. It is a trashy movie. It deserved to flop/semi-hit whatever.

Ajay is the Superstar here with a much bigger film, so it's stupidity to think that he's afraid of Chhappak. Doesn't matter who announced the release date first. Deepika not moving from the clash does seem like a way to gain publicity for her film.
Your argument of "every other actor" doesn't work because the movies are not clashing on a holiday date. So it does seem like that Deepika wants to gain attention with the clash. No other reason.

It's a Semi-Hit. Not a Flop. And not having impact is your personal opinion.
Your opinion. Does not matter to me. I stick to what I said.
