Housefull 4 Has Good Third Week

Housefull 4 had a solid third week recording collections of 16 crore nett plus. This is best third week number for an Akshay Kumar film beating Rowdy Rathore in 2012. The third week numbers are also better than Golmaal Again which should mean that the film should cross the NETT numbers of Golmaal Again and become the highest grossing comedy film ever in terms of NETT collections.

The film has collected 200 crore nett apprx in three weeks and is probably looking at a final total somewhere in the range of 205-210 crore nett which turn out to be an excellent final total as the film released pre Diwali when collections were not so strong and then the media and trade tried there best to spread the word its a bad film but the public saw the film in a different light and made it a big HIT. The collections of Housefull 4 till date are as follows.

Week One - 1,35,86,00,000

Second Week - 48,07,00,000

Friday - 2,00,00,000 apprx

Saturday - 3,00,00,000 apprx

Sunday - 4,50,00,000 apprx

Monday - 1,75,00,000 apprx

Tuesday - 2,50,00,000 apprx

Wednesday - 1,20,00,000 apprx

On raw star power, HR is twice as big as Akshay, but it will be a competition between Akki and HR now. Akki has volume so that will work to his advantage.

Question was akshay kumar movie crossed 200 cr but his movie already crossed that figure with 2.0. Credit goes to rajnikanth for south collection but when south media talks about 2.0 crossing 400cr net in India they say rajnikanth film crossed that figure same akshay was part of the movie which crossed that figure.
