It did feel for me somewhat out of place as well, but so did the way they've made Paridhi act during the Imarti track as well. Those were the scenes where I felt like Paridhi was kind of bored and disconnected. They could have still fixed it though if they'd done a proper reconciliation between Hanita at that point with no interference and no prompting from Poonam.

The way they've built up all these ego topics looks really forced for me and I still do not get why they did it.
