I think Prerna or her character is not tainted if you are comparing it to some other similar character from some past show/season ...

Like every sensible and avid Follower of the previous season and also some comments by readers here and also i have read columns about EK's views on this Reboot...

Any of the characters in this season has no resemblance to the previous one right...like how some of you keep on telling yeh RB pehle aise nahi tha....and Ankie will come and defend her betu ki noo this is new RB he supposed to be like this...because they are two diff people sharing same name...

same way Prerna as in this reboot version is like this only...aur woh hai hee aisi jaisi bhi hai...she is the most talked about and hated person on this forum toh that is why she is getiing all those awards also😆 par yeh Pre woh nahi hai jisey hum isko compare karke dukhi hote hai

Right because me and shruti compared her with someone from the past

Wrong because even if their is no comparison whatsoever, in today's times of 2019,she is the worst FL of ITV.

Baaki you know the reasons behind tagging her as the worst.

But the main issue is, this show is the reboot of an old show with the same names. Comparisons are inevitable. And Maata has successfully tainted the legacy of her own show.
