Zariwala is having better & long term qualifications to be the Doormat. So it's ok that she has been promoted over Aarti.

See till now they've put them in the same teams even in tasks so she doesn't have a reason to go up against him. Captain stuff is ok. I don't think she's wrong in making her friends work less haha

Also the way he talks to her is WAY different than the way he talks to Arti. He is more respectful towards Shefali.
