Times of India's front page of the entertainment section (and a lot of other stuff inside too) is always paid news run by MediaNet. Ayushman buys space for himself every single day. Literally every. single. day. There are useless interviews and articles about him and giant photos of him on the cover of Bombay Times every freaking day. I roll my eyes every time I see it.
His wife Tahira is as much of an attention seeker as Mira is but more effective. She interviews big directors on platforms, does Ted Talks, keeps buying print space (instead of just paps) and keeps doing interviews about herself and her marriage.
It's just that Ayushman is still newly popular and people aren't sick of him yet or else people would have started complaining about his antics just like they do with other actors.
