Housefull 4 Is Super Strong On Second Monday

Housefull 4 is super strong on its second Monday with collections of 5.50-5.75 crore nett which is an excellent number for the second Monday behind only Kabir Singh and Uri - The Surgical Strike for this year. The film has comfortably beaten the second Monday numbers of the other big HITS this year War and Mission Mangal. Both these films were under 5 crore nett with War at 4.15 crore nett and Mission Mangal at 3.70 crore nett.

This takes the figures of the film close to 173 crore nett in eleven days and it will easily surpass the business of Mission Mangal which is the highest NETT grosser of Akshay Kumar and also beat 2.0 (Hindi) which is the top Akshay Kumar film in terms of GROSS numbers.

The film has held very well on Monday despite the growth not coming over the weekend. The fact that Gujarat / Saurashtra did flat busines over the three days of the weekend held back growth but on Monday the circuit has only dropped 50% from Sunday when normally its a 65-70% drop. The film is now heading for a 50 crore nett second week and if it continues to hold in this way for the next ten days or so the film will emerge a SUPER HIT.

Housefull 4 Sustains Very Well On Second Monday

Housefull 4 collected very well on its second Monday with collections of 5.50-5.75 crore nett. The holiday period is totally over now in all areas and the film is set to sustain very well for the next few weeks with a solid number like this on its second Monday.

The drop is around 30% from Friday but that Friday number had a 50 lakh apprx boost from Gujarat / Saurashtra as it was in a holiday period. Even after the extended holidays in Gujarat / Saurashtra it has held very well there with collections of 65-70 lakhs nett on its second Monday. East Punjab and Gujarat / Saurashtra have a similar all India ratio but East Punjab was doing just 55% of the business of Gujarat / Saurashtra on the second Monday.

The holds were strong all over and the metros have also settled now after the drops at the end of last week. The film is looking to collect around 50 crore nett in the first week and is sure to be the highest grosser of Akshay Kumar and the next two weeks will determine were the film will eventually go. Housefull 4 continues to do well with collections of 4.75 crore nett on Tuesday which has taken the overall total of the film to 177 crore nett. It will record the third highest second week of the year after Kabir Singh and Uri - The Surgical Strike

The film has now settled across the country with business with normal ratios thou due to the extended holiday period in Gujarat / Saurashtra it will do its best business. The film will do over 30 crore nett in terms of lifetime numbers which has only been done by Bahubali - The Conclusion, Golmaal Again, PK and Bajrangi Bhaijaan. It could finish the third highest collecting film of all time in the circuit after Bahubali - The Conclusion and Golmaal Again. Although Gujarat has an extended period you still need the film to work to put up big numbers as that can be seen by Thugs Of Hindostan last year when there is was big out performance in Gujarat.

The film is certain to be the highest Akshay Kumar grosser and will probably achieve that in the third weekend and the lifetime will depend on the next two weeeknds. The film is a HIT and could emerge a SUPER HIT if it continues to collect well over the next 2-3 weeks. The collections of Housefull 4 till date are as follows.

Housefull 4 Continues To Collect Well

Housefull 4 is heading for a second week of 49 crore with collections of 4 crore nett on its second Wednesday. This takes the total collections of the to 181 crore nett. The weekdays are seeing falls of 15% rather than 10% but still the film is collecting very well.

The film is going to do its best business in Mumbai which may well finish at 70 crore nett plus while Delhi / UP will probably finish around the 35 crore nett plus mark. The film is course to be the highest grossing comedy in terms of NETT collections and will need just a normal hold on the third Friday to get there. The GROSS numbers of Golmaal Again are a tough task while footfalls will not be reached. It has already beaten the Golmaal Again numbers in some circuits and will do so in all circuits by the end of its run except Mumbai. The collections of Housefull 4 till date are as follows.

Housefull 4 Is Excellent In Week Two

Housefull 4 had an excellent second with collections close to 49 crore nett. The film showed a 64% drop coming from the huge Diwali week which is a strong second week trend. The collections of the film are now almost 185 crore nett.

The second week collections are the third best of the year after Kabir Singh and Uri - The Surgical Strike. The second numbers are also among the top fifteen second weeks of all time and this is with no help of a holiday. The film was said to be rejected by the audience on release but now it among the top second weeks of time and nearly hit the 50 crore nett which is a mark that successful films like Manikarnika, De De Pyaar De, Batla House and Luka Chuppi just about manage to cross in week one. The film has competition this week with Bala so it will this Friday which will tell the lifetime business of the film. It is certain to be the highest Akshay Kumar grosser .
