You need to click on the little Picture icon in the Reply Box and paste your image URL in it. Click on the Alt option field once so that the image preview gets updated. That should be it.

Sometimes it shows the image in the Reply Box but doesn't show it in the actual post. In that case, pressing Enter after the image usually works for me.
