no body is saying that she should make a scene... just to show little concern in front of all... when evrybody is around she pretends she doesnt even know armaan...just a little change in that and i am sure showing those kind of feelings wont create any scene...and i know muskan is handling situation differently..but she is showing what is feeling...

if she does that its obvious ppl will question her
they will find out she loves him and she needs time
she's not that bindass type girl that she can handle all questions at a time
