He was supposed to go with Abu Malik but can you imagine the furore that would have caused if people saw those wounds at that time. It would have been fresh and looked very bad. So BB kept him for another week and before sending him home made sure the people responsible were made heroes by praising them throughout with the host and multiple guests who randomly came in and praised just 3 people who interestingly were directly involved in that issue. Asim, who was not involved didn't get this kind treatment. So now sweet innocent Sana, hero Shukla and homely Aarti have lots of fans on SM and most fans have a bad aspect that they dont like to admit they were wrong. So they will continue to fight for their favs and bring up reasons to discredit both Dey's scars and his torture with silly reasons. Some will just keep quiet and be more vigilant in finding any silly things that the other gang does and highlight that. And BB will make sure they give them that. Not to mention with new people entering Dey will soon be forgotten. So BB had to decrease the gap between his exit and new entries.
