Exactly. I always wanted writers to explore this expressive side of Babita after wedding. They got it little today but now they are winding up Hanita already. There’s so much more left to explore in this trio’s dynamics. Ahhh well.

I get why she wants to do this. She is proud to be his wife, she wants to belong to him fully and fill the void she had for 17 years as Mrs. Ashok Khurana.

I guess this was the resolution to it. Whatever doubts he spoke to Lala, he relayed them to Babita and she told him not to worry too much about it or take it to heart. Then, she gave an honest answer as to what her take is on the whole surname issue. If she feels immense pride and happiness in it, then that's all that matters.

But isn't that a practical question as well? If she is in full housekeeper mode, hairs flying around just won't do. And in the ponytail scene she was sick, like that is bedroom style I guess. You can't really lie down and rest with that long hair open, can you?

Erm, I don't really know. When she has her hair down, it's too obvious that it's a wig. Having said that most ITV wigs are ... 🤪They drive me nuts. Hers is much better but still it strikes me as out of place amidst the rest of the authenticity.

I think it's much more than that. The hair styling is deliberate.
