What is this 'Removed content vault'?

What is this "BWF removed content vault" which I see in "my posts"? Why are some members allowed to post in it but not me. When I click on it , it shows me "unauthorized access"? Here's the link although it'll not work for the unprivileged ones.

It is purgatory for posts. A place where powers that be can send posts that aren't trashed but do not live on the forum either. Its a place only dev team can access. Sometimes posts are moved there while cleaning up threads. Sometimes posts are moved there for feedback on other mods. Sometimes posts just hang in there FOREVER.

No one is allowed to post in it. It’s just a collection of removed posts by mods. Only mods can access it. And the User of first post trashed is usually shown at the place of topic maker.

I just realized "removed content vault" has entire threads trashed in them too! .. There's one from Hantel "Ayee chall" .. 🤣

[ETA: .. I just saw a thread by me "DM- RCV" .. I don't remember ever opening such a thread! 🤔]
