Most times when there is a problem in life, all you want is someone to tell you "I'm there". That gives you so much more strength to keep fighting for yourself. Anurag told Prerna (and kept telling her) that he would always be there for her and would support her at any cost. This was the biggest thing he could do for her, especially at a time when no one believed her.
