I agree. I don't think Paras was wrong to think about his own safety over others. I would appreciate someone doing that ofcourse but someone not doing doesn't deserve criticism imo.

But what bothers me is that if out of all the shit that happened last night, if one is most repulsed by Shukla’s behaviour, then fake feminism, double standards and you name it. I think Devo was absolutely right on the point to give it back, who just made a worse comment about them all.

Rashmi was right to instigate him on what Shukla lacks most, manhood.

Paras had his fight but beyond that would make it a physical fight, so he was absolutely right to withdraw from a psycho & abandon the game. When logic doesn't work & the kind of rage Shukla was on, it would be stupid to continue fighting his insanity. You don't fight insanity

I don’t think Paras did anything wrong when he messed with Shukla’s ladder - that was within the rules and no one needs obey Shukla there. And I get Paras’ not wanting to get into a scuffle too - I just would’ve preferred if he’d stayed outside and stood his ground - didn’t like him withdrawing completely and going inside.

It’s not what I’ve come to expect from him - for all his faults, he’s been supportive of people there and so it came as a surprise when he left them to it and walked away.
