last time secrets were shared on here some members came into giving in their advice which they believe is correct and let me say it was no where near correct

my best tip would be to refer to dermatologists online/ in person or estheticians or basic steps on google

never follow celebs or influencers ever LOL

I've dermats in my family , trust me they didn't help

Rather YouTube's helped me heal my skin
