Probably because she likes working at PB? Gives her something to do, is a sense of pride? Plus, doesn't she earn money there which she uses for ration etc.? I think a part of it would also be because she doesn't want Babes and Mini to lose PB. She knows it's important to at least Mini. What she needs a break from is handling the cooking part alone.

Like I was surprised he said that and he was so serious, and was seriously pissed at her 🤔.

She feels the need to do everything and anything to appease him. Aur log kehte hain she only thinks about herself. Yehh ladki ki toh is ready to loose herself to appease her husband.
