I dont think looks have anything to do with relevancy otherwise actors like Alia or Taapsee would never have made it. As for the poll results each to his own everyone is entitled to their own opinion. Kriti Kharbanda is pretty on paper in a conventional way but I feel she lacks the spark. Kriti S may have her flaws but she she is attractive out of the two. Both have their own strengths and personalities which make them shine.
