In this very thread I am with Mini about not losing yourself.

I like 3 equally. I just don’t get the biased approach that Hanuman married her and he is the mahaan guy here. That’s what irritates me.

He married her knowing fully her limitations. Toh basically he wanted sex. That makes him tharki.

If sex was all he wanted, he could have found a much simpler gentler girl without complications. He didn't need to go marry Babita and do such hard work.

Yes he did say that she didn't know how to love. I was hoping that with time she would calm down and relax enough to learn to love herself (in the right way) and learn to love him as her life partner.

Babita and HS didn't have to go through with it. Why did he compromise though? He didn't have to.. it didn't look to me like Babita mari jarahi thi HS se shaadi karne ke liye either. She would have left the haveli.

I take issue with the original post that claimed that Mini should leave Babita and go live with HS. You didn't make that post.

There are fans of the lead actress in this forum who's bias is quite obvious as they try to run down other characters. That is what I responded to.

I give my take on all three characters as I see them too.

I just posted what could possible ending for this show to make everyone happy ..since you feel Babes is abusing them what should be done with her character now ? No remdeptiom is posible right ? So its better she leave them with her toxic influence on them...

& Just because we have different views and fans of different actors we can still interact nicely because at the end of the day they are just fictinal characters 😃

You remember the number of times he had said he did not want to make a move? It's because he knew Babita was not there, and potentially the timing wasn't right or marriage wasn't the right option, but as you said, he was vulnerable after the Imarti track and Id on't care what anyone says he was heartbroken about potentially losing Minnie and not having the right to keep her in his life. The writers may have amnesia but we don't.

Also, HS must have hoped that it was fine if Babita did not love him with that depth initially, that she would grow towards it, and in doing so he pushed away the nagging doubts. He saw all this surface time and again during the pre-wedding ceremonies but he chose to be optimistic, to give Babita the time and space to come to him. On the wedding night he realized that she had a completely different idea in mind, and that she did not think about him at all.

Honestly, that's what I had hoped too but now I don't think it'll ever come to pass. I had assumed that Babita held herself back a lot because they were constantly skirting around this idea of haq and the boundaries of a tenant and landlord. But shaadi ke baad toh yeh bakri ki tara mein mein karne lag gayi.

If you read one of my previous comments, then I elaborated on all of the things that she benefited from this relationship versus HS. When you weigh the two together, then she ended up getting a lot versus HS. And what was HS even asking for? Some understanding? A companion to whom he can share his past with and perhaps get a little bit of emotional healing? But ever since they got married, she has never thought about HS or his feelings. She didn't want to spend the night with him so she cited Minnie as a problem. She didn't want to go on the honeymoon, so she cited him making Minnie feel like a teesra as being an issue. She didn't want Mickey to stay over, so she blamed HS failing to be Minnie's father. In everything, she has found a way to blame HS, or put him down in some way or another. AreYaar was completely right in saying that Babita's emotionally abusing HS right now. Or yeh pyaar ka maara, bas tolerate karta jaa ra hai.

I think she's enjoyed the idea of love and romance and being wanted by a man. I can understand that. She expected that if the emotions were there then the relationship would work automagically. It doesn't, it needs work. I hope she realizes that.

Look, a lot of women marry for security, material comforts, a "wife" status, etc. and I think Babita too did think about such things as well as the fact that HS and Minnie got along so well.

Whether or not she really loves him, only she knows. In all this, I don't see HS as mahaan. He's just being tolerant but if it goes on for longer, then he'll just be stupid to let it carry on. It's unhealthy for everyone.

Lol I am not a Paridhi fan if it was directed towards me. I haven't watched any of their work before, except Ashnoor's a little bit it YRKKH... so I came to watch this show without any bias. This forum has more Aniruddh and Ashnoor's fans than Paridhi's though so I have no idea what this fan bias we are talking about.

Also, we get mad at Babita because we want her to make the most of this second chance and not squander it, not because we don't care for her. If we didn't, we'd just overlook her choices and decisions.

THIS. Thank you. It really gets too much here with how criticism of Babita gets twisted into some kind of bias against her. For me atleast, that's not the case. I get fed up of her tantrums and I rant about her, yes.....but I don't have some vendetta against her character.

As women, we all want to root for Babita's journey...it's depressing and frustrating when she instead keeps devolving....where I disagree with is people claiming that Babita is devolving at the cost of other characters....that supposedly Mini is being venerated so that Babita can be made to look bad.....not true.

If the writers are writing Babita this way, it's not to make Mini look great.....they seem more interested in pushing the limits of how "flawed" certain women can be.....Mini is a foil to Babita....and she has her own flaws that get raised from time to time.....Babita's flaws are front and center to drive the story however the writers want to take it right now.....she's the woman in this story, not Mini.....Mini is still a kid who's trying to support her mom whenever her mom falters....she's a kid wise beyond her years.....I'm not sure why that's such a cause for so much resentment.....if Babita is a mess, it's not cuz of Mini.....Mini is the one trying to make her rise however she can manage....yes, she also makes mistakes, goes about it the wrong way from time to time but she's not the one to blame here.

Babita's issues are fundamental personality issues that have nothing to do with how Mini is.

Divorce is not necessarily the solution. He made a commitment to her to spend his entire life with her. He won't leave so easily and in some ways he's quite sure about such things. Leaving Babita in a way would mean letting his mother down somehow and he won't let Babita go through another abandonment again, no matter how much it hurts him to be in this situation. It will be his prayashchit.

Babita doesn't even realize that there is a problem or that he is suffering. She is happy, that's all that matters to her. As far as she's concerned, they are a family unit and all is phine.
