Aarti subah uthte hi tayyar ho kar jailmates ko company dene ke liye jail ke bahar baithi hui hai. and she is singing/humming 'dil cheez hai kya' infront of jail (read as shukla ji). par shukla ji bhav bhi nahi deraha. upar se inka pura focus sana ki exercise pe hain. bechari bahar inka ek jhalak ke liye tadap rahi hai. why are you so heartless sarpanch ji?
