“Tumhe kya ho gya hai Anurag, tum ese nahi the.. tum wo hohi nahi jisse mene pyar kiya tha.. ye tumhara baat baat par impulsive ho jana,meri baatoin ko bina sune chale jana…, thak gyi hu in sab se..”

“Thak to mai gya hu…, tumse Prerna.., one month ho gya hai,Mr. Bajaj ko humari life se gye hue aur tum aaj bhi unhe har baat mai beech mai le ati ho…, jese tumhari life bas ab wahi ruk gyi ho..”

“Mai .. unhe humare beech kab lekar ayi Anurag… , aur tum bhul rhe ho kuki ko mne apni beti mana hai .. to Mr.Bajaj ki baat to ayegi hi…,ab tumhe kuki se bhi problem hone lagi hai..?”

“Kuki se mujhe koii problem nahi hai.. problem mujhe tumse hai, kyu mujhse dur dur rehti ho, kyu mujhe khud ke pass nahi ane deti… tum badal gyi ho Prerna..”

“Tumhe Pta hai na ki mai Pregnant hu Anurag, uske baad bhi yhi sawal…”

Anurag never feels happy on her Pregnancy news , as he doesn’t remember anything..

“Mujhe nahi pta Prerna tum kya chati ho, kya chal rha hai tumhare man mai…., pta nahi sab itna kese badal gya humare beech..”

“Jab mne kha ki hum kisi aur room mai shift ho jate hai, to tumne mna kyu kiya, kyu tumne sab kuch room mai wesa hi rakha hai jesa Mr.Bajaj ko pasand tha, kyu abhi bhi tumne unke naam ka tuta hua Mangalsutra apne pass rkha hua hai.., kyu aaj bhi unki di hui cheze tumne khud se alg nahi ki…”

With his each question he was slapping her, he was destroying the last thin line of the trust between them…

“Aur, aur kya puchna chahte ho Anurag.. bolo..”she asked in cold voice..

He turned towards her…

“ Prerna agar ye baccha mera hai to mujhe kuch yaad kyu nahi hai, aur tum paternity test ke liye maa se mna kyu kar rahi ho..?”

And this is the last line he crossed and she slapped him…

At this time Mohini entered the room ..

“Prerna.., tumhari himmat kese hui mere bete par hath uthane ki..”and pushed her hard but Komo held her..

“Kaki maa, wo maa banne wali hai..” she remind about her pregnancy to mohini..

“Pta nahi kiske bacche ki, aur ise Basus ka naam dena chati hai..”

And Prerna was looking towards Anurag who was standing numb, with doubt in his eyes…

“Boudi, mai to phele hi bol rhi thi, baccha Mr. Bajaj ka hai, kabse dono sath mai the.. mene to kitni baar dono ko jane kese kese dekha tha…,aur fsa hamare Anurag ko rahi hai..” chachi added her story..

“Chachi..” Prerna cried…

“Ye baccha, kiska hai.. ab mujhe ye kisi ko prove nahi karna…tumhe to bilkul nahi Anurag.. kyuki tumhe to trust hi nahi tha kabhi mujhpr..”

“Trust hai Prerna, aur agar galti hui hai , ya kisi majboori mai ye sab hua tha, to mai ise accept…”

“shut up! Just.. shut up!”

“Ise trust nahi khete Anurag, trust wo hota hai jo Mr. Bajaj mujh par karte the… jise mai kabhi samjh hi nahi payi.. , sahi khete the the wo, tumne mujhe humesa sirf dard hi diya hai… sirf dard… aur unhone humesa mera dard baanta tha….”

“janna chate the na kya rishta tha humara, dard ka rishtatha… vishwas ka rishta tha, we were the parents of a child, aur ye rishtey mere tumhare sath kabi nahi jud sakte ab…”

“Koii Rishta nahi rakhna hai hume tumhari jesi ladki se…”said Mohini..

And dragged her towards the door…

All were rushing behind her,…

“Anurag, baccha chahe kisi ka bhi ho.. patni to wo tumhari hai .. to tum uske sath esa kese hone de sakte ho..” Aradhya said..

“Maa, rukiye….”

And he went towards her..

“Bas ek baar, sach bta do Prerna… aur fir mai tumhe is bacche ke sath accept kar lunga kabi koii is bare mai tumse kuch nahi kahega..”

She was looking him with disgust…

“Anurag..” Mohini shouted…

“mujhe tumhari koii jaroorat nahi hai Anurag, aur na hi mere bacche ko” she jerked Mohini’s hand..

“Mai tumhare kisi bhi sawal ka koii bhi jawab nahi dungi,tumhe job hi sochna hai soch lo.., kyuki kisi ne mujhse kha tha ki mai ab kabhi apni humiliation aur ese behavior ko tolerate na kru…”

Anurag laughed..”aur ye bhi tumhe tumhare Mr. Bajaj ne kha hoga, kitne kareeb a gye the na wo tumhare kuch hi dino me..”

“Tumhe jo samjhna hai samjho, kyuki mai ab tumhare sath nahi reh sakti…”

She removed her mangalsutra and put that back in his hand…

“Aur haa, mera kuch bhut khaas saman , hai jo mai apne sathlekar jyungi…” and she went to collect all her memories of her previous marriage..

“Tum use kese jane de sakte ho Anu..”

“Nahi Aaradhya, agar use jana hai to jane do, mai esi wife ke sath nahi reh sakta jo mere sath hokar bhi kisi aur ki ho…”

And Komo smirked at this…

And Prerna left the house, as she crossed door step she looked back for one last time, and Anurag closed the door on her face….
