I noticed this too but am so afraid to analyze it. Once upon a time, I knew exactly what those subtleties were about but now I feel like whatever I say, I will feel like a fool. To start off:

1. The photo connecting HS and Minnie to each other is missing, and she's standing alone in that gap.

2. She is na ghar ki na ghaat ki, somewhere in limbo.

3. She no longer feels Imarti's essence or has her legacy or whatever? Not in HS' life or in general?

That scene made me feel so many things but I don't feel confident in describing it as I once used to. To think I used to write such detailed analysis per episode of this show. Wow!
