I feel for ya sister. I was the same as you. Add nausea and vomiting for me. I am in early 30s and even after one pregnancy, cramps are still as it is. Most of the time, first day of period cycle, I have to take pain medicine to survive a day.

My mom used to do the same. Home remedies. Rest and some pampering.

what did she misunderstand though. babes forgot her b day. she was not allowed to meet her to see how bad her condition was. she dint throw a fit and just went off to give exam. now why should she say sorry for. for getting upset that her mother dint wish her. anyone would be. she is still a teenager not someone in her 20s or 30s that b days wont matter to her.
