Please don't take my questions otherwise, I being a non-hindu have very little knowledge of this. Whatever I know is all thanks to movies/serials/friends/colleagues.
I know.It happens always and in every place and profession. Everyone will get biscuits in some form or the other. Who knows the people who didn't get the awards would have got something in a different form. Just see my profession, it will be either, promotion or salary hike or some award or out-of-country-travel or onsite.
