Correct. I think in the first few episodes HS wasn't wearing it either, so I guess it appeared as soon as Aniruddh started wearing it.
I agree it goes with HS' character, especially with those kurtas.

I think there is no restrictions... anybody can wear it... I have many friends , they wear it and they are not from Punjab and not panjabis...
