I never watched the original kasauti. Never knew what this show is about or anything. By joining the At I came to know of the iconic and popular characters of the show such as Bajaj and Komolika. I have to say this. Komolika track was a huge failure. That track had no proper pacing, no proper dialogue and no good screenplay. That's why it didn't garner the trp many hoped it would. Komolika is an iconic character but was shown very poorly. The actress did the best she could with the material given but still a let down.

FOr bajaj the case is different here. Ankie truly knows Karan singh grover inside and out. lol he wouldn't sign a tv show if the character wasn't good and his story don't have a great arc. That's what we are seeing here. Bajaj is sketched out beautifully where he outshines the two leads. Karan is a top actor and they did a lot to bring him in. They know especially ekta he wouldn't sign if it's good. They most likely made that promise to him that's why he is written great in all tracks despite the lollipop scenes. That's how much KSG presence has.

Both tracks with komo and bajaj have the soulmates lollipop scenes but big difference bajaj is sketched out excellently and great unlike komo

There is no comparison whatsoever between the two.

After she married RB, in the second episode itself all basus were aware why she married bajaj.

And look at this season. It's three months and now someone got to know why she married him.

It purely signifies that, they had a story then, what to do after their marriage but here, they didn't had any

Hence they brought everyone under one roof and doing time pass with last three months.

This 3 months time pass may have worked then because at that time there was no alternative avaliable except movies and TV.

But not anymore

People don't give time today to shows, nor they have patience.

So they moved on and hence this is the haal behaal of trps.
