First things first, wishing your daughter a very merry Happy Birthday! Wishing her loads of health and happiness. 🤗🤗

Now for the update! With every part, I feel for what's in store for Arnav. He's digging his grave deeper. This chapter definitely gave insights into some people's character. For starters, Aman. Now, I seem to believe and understand him better. He's definitely a great friend. He's a true lover as well. At least the last line said so. He knows there's nothing more there at the moment from her side.

Anjali is in a soup, More so Khushi! Vidur really seems to have it hard for Anjali and Anjali is definitely on the reciprocal side. She is aware of the consequences, that comes from her family traits. But, heart always takes over on these aspects. Loved how you mentioned in Italics that he could be off without a baggage like her. (she's not a baggage, but, her thoughts) also, Mr. Rawat seems a huge character. Considering he's planning to bring Vidur up, this is like a maze. Tangled well enough.

Viraj's character is so because, of a dad again. One thing I realised in here is each kid has a shortcoming wrt love. It all comes down to that which is so natural. Damn realistic. All of us long for love and acceptance, care and concern, when we don't get it, we do things to gain attention. Sometimes it works, and most of the times leads to trouble. Mr. Viraj is no different, wanted his dad's love and acceptance but, since, he couldn't get it , opted for a different path. The crappy one. Downfall is going to be huge.

Garima and Kapoor conversation was genuine. I'm sure Rawat will join Kapoor to some extent in saving Arnav as they are friends and Rawat wouldn't let Viraj win in terms of politics either.

Shyam is a leech! I hope he runs out of support system soon!

The dining table conversation spoke a lot about how Mr. Kapoor could be in future. Hmm. Over all a chapter that cements the story. The downfall is going to be huge.

I'm reserving my comments about the ArShi part for laters. This chapter I'm taking it as it is. I do not know who to feel for here. Poor Khushi wants to open up, yet cannot or isn't taken seriously. While he straight aways says. All I need is you. Baaki sab dekhajayega!

Whoa N, what a master stroke. I didn’t expect Khushi to blurt things out just then. Akash has already sent Manohar to try and make Arnav understand things and retract his statements and Arnav is already distressed with these thoughts.

Arnav’s query must have been genuinely because he must have felt Khushi was thinking about the damage control that may have to be done due to the revelations made by Arnav in the press. Little did he know that this sudden query would bring out a skeleton from Khushi’s closet. I am not surpised by Arnav’s disbelief. Time and again, Khushi had the opportunity to make things clear to Arnav about her attraction to Akash but she never did despite the fact that Arnav had outright asked her. Arnav had genuinely made an effort to kind out where Khushi’s affections lay but neither she nor Garima revealed the truth to him. Hence he was fully justified in taking Khushi’s response with a pinch of salt. Little does he know that this day will come back to haunt him soon.

One could understand Khushi’s feelings when it appeared that Arnav couldn’t believe Khushi could fall for Akash. What will be Arnav’s reaction when the truth comes out? It could come out sooner than later with the skeletons popping out every now and then from Kapoors’ closets.

Though she has mentally made plans of moving on her heart couldn’t digest the fact that soon there would be another woman in Akash’s life, Natasha Oberoi. Will Khushi be finally able to move on?

Khushi seems to be forcing her heart to accept the fact and move on from Akash. Ofcourse Arnav’s awovals of love seem to be helping her. What will chapter 20 entail remains to be seen. 15 down and 5 more to go…

Eagerly waiting for Chapter 16 as and when you are ready..

On this note, N, Let me congratulate you for this great story. You have so much on your plate and you still manage to ensure that we are surprised and excited with each chapter of Withered.

I am gonna repeat myself but I will say it anyway, you have again managed to create curiosity with your words and narration.

Let me start with Manohar. I have never been a fan of him, and I dont think I will until he proves his worth as a father to all his children. No, I dont expect him to be the best to Arnav, but at least, Akash and Payal deserve more.

That said, I have a feeling that he will redeem himself with the promise he has taken from Arnav.

Vidur and Anjali- Are they gonna face a heartbreak? Because it looks like Vidur is deeply attracted to her and Anjali cant say yes.

Aman and Payal- Classic case of unmatched expectations. Why did Aman ever think that Payal would be the one for him? Was it because Arnav settled with Khushi and he wanted to settle down too? Payal clearly, is on the verge of breaking their relationship.

Arhi- OH MY GOD..... I think, Arnav knows about Khushi's liking for Akash but he hasnt measured the depth of her feelings. And I can bet my life on the fact that her declaration will be his undoing.

I agree, EC is a chatterbox. 😆And a great company. But you will find nice peole on the blog too. However, they are intermittent and not EC. So yes, IF is better that way. 😊
