Very emotional update. I can understand Yash's devastation, but he needs to find the strength within himself to fight for both him and Aarti. I also don't like Aarti being kept in the dark, she may have grown up sheltered but she isn't weak!

I know they shouldn't hide it from aarti, they are wrong here and yes she isn't weak.

but its difficult forgiving Suraj as Yash cannot

treatment can be done but will really help

can the doctor say he is dying without first helping him
