Who is Kiara Sandhu?Originally posted by: desigal90
Really, the first time?
But of the three leading cast, it is Kareena who shines the most as the friendly, helpful prostitute Rosy. She looks beautiful, in spite of her gaudy outfits, doesn't over act (which she tends to do in many of her films) and demands all your attention when on screen. In fact in certain scenes, she overshadows Aamir, partly because her character is such and partly because at the end of the day she can act, provided she is given a good script and a good director.

This is just one. There were more than one, I assure you. they were all posted in the Talaash thread back when the movie came out.
Times of India:
In the performance department, Aamir Khan should pat himself on his back for a superlative act; he’s a powerhouse, flawless from frame one to 10. This superstar-actor should also be lauded for raising the bar in his choice of films and roles, unlike many of his contemporaries who neither have the inclination nor the capacity to move away from the 'mould’ they have been typecast in.
Rani Mukerji is one of the finest actresses of this generation. In Talaash she is effortless in her part of a wife in a strife ridden marriage and a mother who has faced a tragedy. Kareena Kapoor looks lovely and sits pretty in her hooker act, going from coy to brazen like a pro.
Anupama Chopra:
All three lead actors are first-rate. Aamir, Rani and Kareena work beautifully off each other. Each one creates such a palpable sense of ache and damage.
Rajeev Masand:
Of the leads, Kareena Kapoor brings both oomph and heart to her role, despite the sometimes clunky lines she must mouth. Rani Mukherjee shines as the cop’s desperate wife, investing her performance with a gamut of emotions, never once reducing the character to a pathetic caricature. It’s Aamir Khan, in the film’s central role, who not surprisingly leaves the biggest impression. Shekhawat internalizes his emotions for the most part, and Aamir brings volumes of depth to this troubled man.
Rediff:
While Rani stuns with her tenderness, melancholy, doubts and later an outburst that brings back memories of the fire-breathing Shashi in Yuva, Aamir (sporting a look that reminds me of Vegeta with mustache in Dragon Ball Z) embodies a rock holding a storm within.
He doesn't always let you know what he's thinking and that allows you to distinguish his methodical professional from his wounded personality. He's particularly effective in an incredibly emotional 'If only' moment that argues with possibilities and rues with regret.
His interactions with Kareena Kapoor are woven with the goal to enamour. And they fulfill those ideals with his precision and her impulses. There's this inexplicably enthralling quality in Kareena, especially when she teases the camera with her composure while actually holding back a world of vivacity. Every time she does this, her performance achieves a resplendent balance that is as irresistible as her delicate looks.
First Post:
Rani Mukerji slips into the role of the anguished housewife with ease, as only an actress with her repertoire of films can. Kareena Kapoor plays the role of the hooker in her inimitably glamourous style, where she balances the flighty edges with a serious performance.
Aamir Khan adds another memorable character to his long list of celluloid avatars with an incredible performance as Inspector Surjan. In Talaash, Aamir’s physical persona, especially his eyes, enable his performance far more than the sharply written dialogue. The scene where he breaks down and cries is heartbreakingly real, and my favourite scene in the film. Just that one scene is telling of Aamir’s unprecedented and prodigious talent as an actor.
India Today:
Aamir strikes a balance between the two tracks with trademark subtlety, the way only he can. Kareena Kapoor's Rosie is underplayed till a point. Although she seems ill at ease with the mannerism of a sex worker, Kareena adds the essential glam quotient.
NDTV:
Aamir Khan sinks his teeth into the cop act with effortless ease but underplays his hand to accentuate the introspective nature of the troubled man.
A deglamorised Rani Mukherji plays her role with finesse and a great sense of empathy, while Kareena Kapoor is at her seductive best.
There are many which indicated that he overshadowed other actors.
Yo, Kareena is very serious this time 🤗
