I think he's saying it because of Babita. It is what she wanted after all, and her constantly questioning his love for Minnie is going to take a toll on him eventually. 🤔

Mini wasn't clearly selfless in helping Babes and that is why she's upset. She wanted something in return it seems which she didn't get.

But what did she even want? To have a happy, little family composed of the three of them? That's not too much ask, especially considering how that's what we wanted from them too.

This wouldn't happen in personal life. I would've been kicked out if I dare said something like that.

I love the discipline part but I feel they're not in the right zone of feelings at the moment to learn from this. Mini will think he's being very rude to her and may distance herself even more. And Babita might not be able to speak up against his avatar which will make Mini feel that now her Babes wouldn't stand up for her.

Whatever it is, the writers have sure become sadistic AF.

I know I'm not making sense. But I read that Mini said she sacrificed her career for Babita. But who told her to do that? Regret karlo ab karna hai toh but why blame Babita?

Yeah I understand your frustration. I truly do, and I probably would have been frustrated if I was in HS’s place having to constantly explain to her. But that’s who Babita is. It takes her time to accept things, to come to terms with things. Because Mini blames her for loosing her control over her feelings, she doesn’t want to accept that whatever she felt for HS during their dosti time was attraction or love even. However, you see how she kept looking elsewhere and not directly towards HS, that’s because she knows he’s speaking the truth but she is in denial mode right now. I agree with everything HS says barring the attraction pre-divorce because that’s not how it was shown to the audience (writers seem to have forgotten idk but I will ignore that).

However, she will accept it it seems and will also apologize for HS. So let’s see. I have a little bit of hope from Babita. Hopefully writers don’t ruin this 😆

I can get that. It just gets really frustrating though.

As for the attraction bit, I'm taking it as it being HS' interpretation. She very well might not have felt something for him during or pre divorce, but he might have thought there was. Post divorce, there was something there for sure.

What I want from Babita is consistency. I don't want to see her go back to guilt mode. She needs to get some confidence and start acting on it.

In that case Babita stopped being her mother ages ago considering she 'raised' Minnie, but because of blood ties she doesn't lose the parent title while HS is supposed to be perfect and not allowed to learn about Minnie or make mistakes. One strike and he's out!

Of course, Minnie can make tons of mistakes, not care about his feelings, etc but she still thinks she is entitled to being blindly accepted and loved by him as his daughter. 😡

I very well understand it. But instead of focusing on the positive aspect of this and showing it constructively yeh log itni dukh bhari dastan kyun lekar baithe hain? I knew she'll have problems with HS being her father in true sense. But sahi se toh batao yeh!

Babita had also told Minnie that she had sacrificed 17 years of life staying back at the Khuranas only for Minnie. Until NB came and set her straight that she couldn't have left even if she had wanted. Here Minnie was just venting to her friends after a lot of frustration and pent up anger. Not even to her mom,
