This OS starts from the hospital scene where Akshat accidentally reveals the truth about revti to guddan. Only difference is akshat hasn't been arrested by the police.
Upon hearing the truth guddan slaps akshat and faints in akshat's arms. He tries to wake her up but she doesn't. He calls the for the doctor and they take her in.
D: Mr. Jindal what exactly happened?
Akshat: doctor she got to know something she shouldn't have. She couldn't bear the truth.
D: her vitals don't seem to be that normal. Was she sick or something?
Akshat: she was in coma for a month.
D: what????? Do you even realise how sensitive a coma patient is? How could you tell her something she couldn't cope up with?
Akshat: doctor she will be fine right?
D: I have given her some medicine. Let's wait for her to wake up.
Akshat sits near guddan holding her hand and thinks how guddan trapped him in her plan.
Flashback
D: Mr. Jindal I am calling from ABC hospital, I wanted to inform you about Ms. Antra being alive.
Akshat: what? When did this happen?
D: just now the police came with her. They found her body below the cliff and she was alive.
Akshat: I will come right away. Does anybody else know this?
D: yes. I have informed your family as well.
Akshat puts the phone down and leaves for the hospital. He thanks God for this as after hearing this guddan won't be guilty anymore and police will handle antra in their own way.
He reaches the hospital and heads to antra but he spots the black clothed person entering the room. He runs after her and stops her from stabbing antra and drags her out of the room.
Akshat: what is wrong with you? Just because you want to take revenge from guddan you will antra so that guddan feels guilty. For God sake stop this revenge drama of yours. She is your sister. Why don't you understand she loves you?
Guddan removes the mask and slaps akshat and faints.
Flashback Ends
D: Mr. Jindal you come with us to complete some formalities.
He goes and in the meantime guddan gains consciousness and leaves for home without informing akshat. Akshat comes back to the room and sees guddan missing. He panicks and starts looking for. Then somebody informs him that she left.
In Jindal Bhawan
Guddan: maaji I want to go to my papa's place for few days. Can I go?
Maa: yes you can. Why are you asking?
Guddan: ☺☺☺
After sometime akshat reches home and asks about guddan. His mother informs him that she is going her father's house. He heads to his room. He sees guddan is ignoring hima nd is not responding to him.
Akshat: (grabbing her arm) kuch pooch raha hoon tumse. Why are you leaving?
Guddan: (grabbing his collar) kyunki aap hamare Jindal saab nahi hain. Mujhe samjh nahi aaraha ab jab antra b nahi rahi to aap kisko bachaane ki khoshish kar rahe hain. Aapko ho kya gaya hai, kisko bacha rahe hain. Itna kaun important hai aapki life main jiske liye aap meri chutki ko badnaam kar rahe hain.
Akshat: guddan meri baat.....
Guddan: (crying) mujhe kuch nhi sunna hai. Aapne socha b kaise ki hum aapki baat par yakeen karenge. Chutki hai wo hamari. Jaan basti hai uski apni guddan di main aur aapne usi par ilzaam laga diya. Aapko jo krna hai kijiye jisko bachaana hai bachaye, lekin hum ab yahan aur nahi ruk sakte.
Guddan composes herself and takes leave from everyone. Akshat on the other hand is shattered. He heads to revti and confronts her.
Akshat: mil gayi khushi. Kar liya badla poora apna. Hogayi wo mujhse door. Ab sukoon mila hoga tumhe. Lekin ek baat yaad rakhna Akshat Jindal will never forgive you for this.
Revti: isse kya hogaya. Itne gusse main kyun hai.
Perv: wo durga ji bata rahi thi ki jab him yahan nhi thay to guddan apne maayke chali gayi. Shayad isi lye itna gusse main hai.
Revti: no, no, this can't happen. She can't leave everything and live a happy life. I need to think of something. Guddan can't be happy.
Perv: what are you going to do now?
Revti: just wait and watch.
Next morning police comes to arrest akshat for attempting to murder guddan as they have proof against him. The entire Jindal family is shocked and durga informs guddan about the same.
Guddan heads to the police station. She asks the inspector about the proof and he shows her the video. She is shocked and tells akshat that he is still safeguarding that person.
Constable: mam ye akshat jindal ka kuch samaan hai. Aap ye rakhiye.
She leaves the police station and heads to jindal bhawan as durga had told her dadi wasn't feeling well. On the way she sees akshat's phone ringing and it's revti. Before guddan can speak revti starts talking.
Revti: kya hua akshat jindal shock hogaye na. Aap soch rahe honge police k paas video kahan se aaya. Zyada mat sochiye main diya tha unko wo video. Kya kaha tha aapne mujhse kal guddan k jaane baad, ki main khush hoon. Aise kaise khush ho sakti thi main uske jaane se. Khush to main ab hogi jab aapko jail main dekh k use takleef hogi. Bahut khushi milegi mujhe.
Guddan cuts the call and cries thinking about revti's words. She is shattered by revti's behaviour and how she called jindal saab by his name. She reaches Jindal bhawan and heads straight to her room.
Maa: ye guddan ko kya hua?
Durga: dadi wo shayad AJ se milkar aayi hain, isi liye pareshaan hai.
In the room guddan breaks all the stuff in frustration and anger. She sits down and cries her heart out. After sometime she composes herself and thinks about freeing Jindal saab. She calls majnu.
Guddan: Tu samjh gaya na partner kya karna hai.
Majnu: yes partner
Guddan: lekin jaldi.
Guddan makes another call to somebody and he says that he will do his work right away. Majnu calls her back.
Majnu: partner Maine tujhe wo sab bhej diye hain. Tu check kar le.
Guddan: thanks yaar majnu. Tu nahi jaanta tune meri kitni badi help ki hai.
Majnu: mention not partner. Bye.
After sometime akshat is back home with the lawyer. Everyone is happy to see him except revti. Guddan is still in her room.
Maa: lalla tu aagaya. Main jaanti thi tune kuch galat nahi kiya aur guddan tujhe zaroor waapis laayegi.
Revti: di ne inko bahar nikala hai.
Lawyer: ji haan Mrs. Jindal ne he mujhe phone kiya tha ki main inki bail k liye apply karoon aur jab saboot he jhoota tha to bail to milni he thi aur victim ne bhi sab deny kar diya to case itself becomes baseless.
Durga: bhagwan ka shukur hai ki wo saboot jhoota tha. Thankyou wakil saab.
Lawyer: thank you mujhe nahi inki wife ko boliye. Ye sab unhi ki soch ka nateeja hai.
Revti: matlab
The lawyer narrates how she called him and told him the entire situation. She also send him some other videos of different people shooting guddan instead of Akshat with the same background. The lawyer then says how he approached the court with all these videos and told the judge about the video being morphed to malign akshat's image.
Lawyer: that's it. This is how bail was granted to Mr. Jindal.
Revti: lekin wo baaki videos aaye kahan se.
Lawyer: wo to Mrs. Jindal ne nahi bataya.
Revti is frustrated and shouts for guddan to come down stairs. Guddan comes downstairs wiping her tears and smiles seeing akshat is back.
Revti: app phir jiju ki baaton main aagayi. Arre goli chalayi thi isne aap par aur aapne isi ki bail karayi.
Guddan stands in front of revti and slaps her hard. Akshat holds guddan by her shoulders.
Revti:(holding her cheek) aapne mujhe kyun thapad maara
Guddan: ab kyun inhe jiju bol rahi hai aur mujhe di. Tu to inhe akshat Jindal bolti hai aur mujhe guddan.
Durga: saasu maa ye aap kaisi batein kar rahi hain.
Guddan: kyun chutki main sahi keh rahi hoon na. Bol Durga bahu ko.
Revti: ye aap ky keh rahi hain?
Guddan: wahi jo tune suna. Lekin mujhe ye samjh main nahi aaraha meri chutki mujhse kis baat ka badla lena chahti hai. Tu to meri chutki haina (cupping her face).
Revti pushes her away but akshat holds her in time.
Revti: aap meri di nahi hain. Aap meri sauteli behen hain jisne mujhse mere angad ji ko cheen liya. Aapne kabhi angad ji ko bachaane ki koshish he nahi ki.
Guddan: revti ye jhoot hai.
Revti: yahi sach hai. Apne mere pyaar ki qurbani deke apna pyar haasil krna chaha. Lekin mere hote hue main ye hone nahi dungi.
Revti moves towards guddan but akshat steps between them and asks revti back off.
Guddan: Jindal saab isse kya hogaya hai. Ye meri baat ka yakeen kyun nahi karti.
Revti: guddan mujhe tumhari kisi baat pe koi yakeen nahi. Aur haan maine ki koshish tumhe jiju se door krne ki. Mere he kehne pe inhone apa pe goli chalayi. Mere he kehne pe ye aapse nafrat aur antra se pyar karne ka natak kar rahe thay taaki aap zindagi bhar apne pyaar ko paake b naa paa sako.
Maa: revti tu ye sab kya bol rahi hai.
Revti: theek bol rahi hoon dadi. Aap bhool gayi hogi apne chote bete lekin main nahi. Guddan ne khoon kiya hai usko aur ye baat koi nahi badal sakta.
Guddan: revti keh de tu mazak kar rahi hai. Keh de Tu b Jindal saab ki tarah kisiko bachne ki koshish kar rahi hai. Keh de na. Please.
Revti: bas karo guddan. Kitan natak karogi acha hone ka. Kitna. Nafrat karti hoon main tumse sirf sir sirf nafrat. Khooni ho tum.
Guddan: tere liye maine in par haath uthaya( looking at her hands).
Guddan has flashback of that slap and she heads to her room. Akshat follows her but she bolts the room. He constantly knocks and asks her to open the door but she doesn't.
Akshat: revti agar guddan ko kuch bhi hua na to yaad rakhna main tumhe nahi chodunga.
Inside the room guddan is crying remembering how she slapped akshat. She gets up and smashes her hand on the mirror. The mirror breaks and some pieces are stuck in her hand and wrist.
Akshat is shocked hearing the noise and tries to break the while kishore and vardaan come to help.
Durga: AJ balcony se try kijiye.
Akshat climbs the ladder and enters the room from the balcony. He is shocked see guddan's hand as it's bleeding profusely. He first opens the door and asks kishore to call the doctor. He then lifts guddan and places her on the bed. He tries to remove the glass pieces and guddan winces in pain.
Guddan: (caressing his cheek) I am sorry, please mujhe maak kar dijiye.
Akshat: ye kya kiya tumne guddan😭😭😭
Kishore: papa doctor aagaye.
Doctor does her dressing and tells them not to worry as the glass had not gone to deep and since it was removed immediately, so she is fine. Doctor leaves and aksht stays with guddan as she is unconscious.
After sometime guddan wakes up and sees akshat sleeping while sitting on the bed holding her hand. She gets up and caresses his cheek with tears in her eyes. She kisses his cheek and he wakes up due to the touch.
Akshat: tum theek hona.
Guddan: please mujhe maaf kar dijiye. Please.
Akshat: ye tumne kya kiya. Agar tumhe kuch hojata.
Guddan: theek hota. Hum isi layak hain. Aap pe kaise haath utha sakte hain hum.
Akshat: aur mera kya. Mera kya hota ye b nahi socha tumne. You are everything I have guddan. Dobara kabhi aisa kuch mat karna.
Guddan: jindal saab hume bahut bura lag raha hai. Humne aapke saath bahut bura bartaav kiya. Please hume maaf kijiye please.
Akshat: theek hai ek shart pe
Guddan: kaisi shart???
Akshat points towards his cheek asking for a kiss. Guddan happily accepts it and kisses him on both the cheeks. He wipes her tears and hugs her tightly. She too reciprocates and they both stay in each other's embrace.
