Karan Wahi And Lara Dutta To Feature In A Hotstar Web Series Together?

The OTT platforms are increasingly becoming favorites of actors across TV and Bollywood to explore new genres and formats. The audiences too have loved the exploratory side of actors on OTT and actress Lara Dutta seems to have decided to explore the digital space. News is that the actress will be seen in a new web series for Hotstar opposite TV actor Karan Wahi.

Lara was also seen in a British Netflix drama Beecham House directed by Bend It Like Bekham director Gurinder Chadha and the Blue actress will now explore the Indian web content scene with a love story that will feature on Hotstar.

Karan Wahi who is currently hosting the current season of the reality show Dance India Dance is reported to be the lead in the drama according to TellyChakkar.

While further details of this project are still unknown including the title, the pairing does sound exciting.

Karan Wahi is also said to be talks for the second season of the popular Ekta Kapoor serial Yeh Hai Mohabbatien which has been titled Yeh Hai Chahatein.

On the movies front, Lara Dutta was last seen in the 2018 film Welcome To New York.
