One of the worst days ever .. I practically yelled at my boss and refused to acknowledge 'i am sorry' msgs .. On the bright side , Wednesday is my last day in my current organization .. moving on to a better and bigger MNC .. But what if they eff up my reference ? ..

You have already cracked the interview and therefore they have offered a job to you .. I hope u have not shown any fake document in terms of experience and salary ...

Mostly the company follows the same format for employment verification in which they don't have asked for behavior because this they already judged in the interview.

Your current organization only Says NO for rehire option and this also a concern point for your future company....but you can give your excuses if they ask you.

There's hardly any need for that .. To be honest , i kinda pity him .. He practically depends on me for everything and everybody knows it .. He cant work with me , he cant work without me .. Senior Management directly gets my opinion from me breaking the chain of command .. when he sees all of the emails sent to business/stakeholders from top management, it has my influence written all over it and his ego nose dives .. This is not the first time I did his dhulia but that never stopped the management from recognizing me as the top performer .. But this time , management is kinda pissed at me ever since i put down my paper .. So, was just a little tensed after today's hungama .. Zundubaam has proven to be very soothing .. 😌 😆
