Rather than jumping into marriage right away, they should start bonding, for their unborn child for the beginnings. Anuraag should ensure her respect and esteem apart from love and trust should he decide to marry her.

Their child deserves to be born and brought up in a family that is whole and wholesome.

I love this post!!! People don’t give Prerna the same benefit of the doubt that they give Bajaj and Prerna. All of them have made stupid decisions, yet Prerna is called characterless. Bajaj took a woman that was supposed to marry someone else ON THE DAY OF HER WEDDING, and it’s Prerna that’s characterless. The writers haven’t let Prerna flesh out. She can’t be making the same mistakes she’s been making since a year. When will we see her learning and growing and taking decisions that benefits herself more than others?

I find it funny that the moment Prerna acts the way she wants to act, she’s thrown names after names. So what if she’s married and still has feelings for her ex? She went through with the deal because Bajaj needed a mother for his kid not because she has any responsibility towards Bajaj!

I distinctly remember Moloy taking her aside and repeatedly pleading before her to tell him the truth. Why didnt she? Moloy has always treated her as a daughter and would never have let her destroy her life like this. Why didnt she?

When Anurag was jailed, she could have discussed with Nivi, or Anupam or Anurag. Maybe she still would have ended up marrying Bajaj, but at least she would have had the support and love of the Basus. Or at least after the marriage, why doesn't she talk to her mother? And I am not even coming to the point that Anurag was not going to be hanged the next morning- Basus would have contested the court decision in higher courts.

My problem with Prerna is not how she behaves with Bajaj or Anurag, but how she treats herself, how she demeans herself. My problem is that she doesn't think, doesn't talk, doesn't trust. She just rushes into the first available option without sparing a single thought to the repercussions of that decision. What in the world possesses her to believe that she is the only one who is responsible for saving Basus and Sharmas all the time?

If we can understand why Anurag slapped Prerna ...

Prerna has been shown naive from the beginning. She takes everything at face value. But during Naveen babu time, she tried to pay off loan. But it was vein. But in this baj track, she had no time to think. She had to decide quickly. But I hope cvs bring that question n prerna answer to that. Let's See how it goes.😊

It is said that a woman is a woman's greatest enemy, and I somehow understand that today. We have all the patience and understanding for the bajajs and anurag of the world. Anurag is justified because he's heartbroken, bajaj because he had a bad childhood, but prerna?? There's never any justifications for prerna, just judgements. She is just a possession for th emen in this show and a puppet to be bashed for its audience. I feel for her today. As a woman, a wife and a mother, I feel.

P. S. I STILL have issues with prerna. I have had them since the beginning of this track and I continue to have them today. But prerna surely does not deserve the level of vitriol she's being subjected to today and this thread is just for those who do not think she is so bad and has in fact the best qualities of the lot of the 3 main leads. If you don't agree, please stay away. It's not so difficult to not comment on something that's not to your liking.

We all say she was forced to make this decision and she solely took it, no discussion with anyone. She trusts no one in her life. Atleast, She would have spoke Nivi & Anupam right?

She sacrificed her life to save the loved ones and she is well aware what Bajaj can do. She is smart and intelligent woman, is she ever tried to void the danger wandering over Basus if breaks the deal.

She’s also human she is in love she can feel weak in moment. Is she trusts her soulmate enough to confront the issue and find a solution?

All I want her to be make a stern decision and find solution.

I keep repeatedly said this I would have been so proud of Prerna if she decided to destroy Mr.Bajaj in his own game and took revenge for making her life a living hell.

Let’s say tomorrow she realizes that her weak moment will cost Basus their house and business what will she do?

Will she take a stand and fight back? Can she stick with Anurag and face the consequences or she will beg in front of Mr.Bajaj?

When pregnancy news comes out how much guts she have to face it?

As I've repeatedly said the aim of my topic is never to pass judgment on people's frustrations with prerna as a character. I have my own set of frustrations with her and so will everyone else.

My sole point was and continues to be the harsh judgment that is passed for every small mistake that she makes. And the large mistakes made by other characters which are largely overlooked. No one denies that prerna does not have a strong character development nor is she a role model for today's generation. But then, which of these characters are.

She does not deserve to be s**t shamed and called character less for a moment of grieving which is a long time coming. That's basically it.
