I'm going to severely disagree with that bold part right there. Firstly because he did harm Anurag by threatening his livelihood with his business acquisition attempts, then he harmed him by coercing his fiancé to abandon him and marry Bajaj instead. Sure at that point he hadn't physically harmed him, but that's not the only way you can hurt a person right? Secondly, having wifey type feelings towards someone does not justify harming someone you believe is a threat to that relationship. For example: Komolika being in love with Anurag certainly doesn't justify her attempting to kill his father, poisoning his mother and then then attempting to kill the woman he loves more than once. Bajaj may have been grey in season 1 and perhaps CVs may have wanted to show that here as well. But they've clearly changed a lot this season and retained some stuff too. Either way, it's a separate show and judging purely by what we've seen so far Bajaj is not grey for me atleast. Komolika also tried to have people killed and injured them and that made her a villain to me. By that rationale, Bajaj is also a villain. I think he can still have beautiful chemistry with Prerna, but that doesn't make him grey. Having love for only your family and doing wrong with everyone else doesn't make you grey it makes you a hypocrite and certainly doesn't make you a good person. He can love her and still be a villain. That's what makes a villain even more dangerous, their ability to manipulate others and orchestrate situations that make them look humane and redeemable while also actively wrecking people's lives and attempting to harm them
