kjo must have told her to say alia, she said she thinks a movie is being made so looks like dharma are making a movie on osho directed by shakun and alia will be playing ma anand sheela

the article also mentions that alia said last year that she wud like to play ma anand sheela onscreen, so yeh the movie is pretty much happening

Shakun has been working on the script for a long time now. I think instead of a movie they are going for a Netflix miniseries or movie... When Aamir's name was attached to play Osho there was a rumour that he had issues with remunaration package he was offered by netflix. He is no longer attached... No A-list actor's name is attached to play Osho since Aamir left so I think now they must have totally changed the script to be a biopic on Ma Sheela Anand instead of Osho.

A Netflix series would work. Also it would give Alia more exposure in the West compared to a proper Bollywood release
