even the book shivanya was reading...the naagin karuki(forgot the name)was punished right on spot after consummating with a human but the story was highly ignored

Perhaps what she meant by that was ill-fated relationship of having her husband died in front of her, having her child died inside her, and dying herself. However, to be honest, when is N3 ever logical; it went down the drain after Naagin revelation episode.

Naagin has always been a female centrist and feminist show; I doubt PVP will be there; most importantly, they had never maintained a female lead before. IF PVP is going to be there most likely he'll be there for a cameo role. As for the fangirls flooding their insta with #wewantpearbhiinN4, same thing happened when N3 was announced and Mouni fans were outraged.
