It’s very difficult to understand and comment on how a person should or would behave when in love. Love is such an emotion that even the sanest person loses his shit.
Well, chemically love occurs and there’s a simultaneous attraction. That is the phase which is going on with Bajaj. His body reacts. Since, it’s ITV, it cannot be shown in your face. And that’s why, he keeps fumbling, mumbling, sweating and flushing. That’s what physical closeness does to you in the initial phases of attachment. The mind can’t comprehend that it’s love, why? Because, it’s not there yet, one swings between the beatings of the heart, the pooling of blood in unimaginable places and flushing.
That’s what nearness, liking and attraction does to you.
So, I don’t see any problem with the way Rishabh is around Prerna. He is discovering and getting immensely aware of that attraction. Sadly, we are so stuck with age appropriate behaviour. When such chemistry plays, you ought to get flustered even at an age of 75. Specially when you know that you can never have the one thing your body and mind is craving. That’s why he gets so flustered by the touch. We like to call it Love, but it’s his state of mind which is making him go crazy.
And, some of us may claim what is so desirable in Prerna? Let’s go back to the species and the purpose of our species. She is Technically HIS woman and getting attracted to someone whom you claim as a WIFE is inevitable. He might like her Good qualities but he gets RESTLESS when he is not the centre of her Universe!
