From the looks of it most here prefer ruthless one which is fair enough. I just think they want to show a far more human side to him this time round which is why he becomes so vulnerable around Prerna and says things like ‘I’m not evil, I don’t want people to think bad of me’. I think that’s the biggest change they’ve added from the last season to this season. Maybe that’s why Ekta chose KSG because she knows nobody can do heartache/romance better than him. Obviously Bajaj is more than that but KSG makes him more human than just a machine.

i think that's the moral of the story. You can be good parents and raise a child as best as you could. Teach them good values and respect but the decisions they make define who they are. You meet colleagues and peers who upset the balance of what you've been taught at home. Sometimes good sometimes bad. Take A for example. As bajaj said he grew up in a loving family home. He is rich, handsome, supposedly smart etc. He has people around him who loves him no matter what. Who supports him even when he is wrong. That's why he can't see the error of his ways. Look at what he is becoming in the name of love.

Then you have bajaj. Who grew up with no parents, no love, no care. He was alone all his life. What A has he doesn't have. Yet he has a good heart. He isn't spoiled. He cares. He is respectable and mature. He is responsible.

This is the difference between A and bajaj. You can grow up in a good environment and still turn out bad and make bad choices. Especially when no one corrects you and you've been given everything your entire life.

That's some thing related to past suffering which had made him like this... He has heart he only don't listen to it much.

As Veena maa also said he has heart on his right place.

Season 1 viewers, did Bajaj have a past connected to the Basus too? That Bajaj does seem outright ruthless where as S2 Bajaj is shown to be a loner, silent sufferer and craving for love. Was S1 Bajaj anything like that?
