Hollywood vs Bollywood- Which do you prefer?

Thoughts? Hollywood does seem to have the advantage here in terms of writers, budget etc. but everyone has their preference

South Indian cinema and international cinema

Recently started watching hollywood again after many years and there is absolutely no comparison

hollywood..

bolly is good for music but problem is even music is not good anymore.

But there's nothing like BW music, especially BW romantic songs.. 😔

I can't pick HW over BW because of music.. and IDK if this is something I will feel forever, but so far, the feeling of watching a well-made movie set in our part of the world is special even if it may be several notches lower than well-made HW films..

I want both.

recently saw the movie godzilla

and one guy kept saying gojira gojira gojira 50 times lol

yes BW music > HW music

Hello Hippo, ya there's a lot of trash in HW too 😃 ..haven't seen Godzilla yet ..how much out on the scale of 10? :p

haina.. I love listening to HW soundtracks, some of them are too beautiful ..but still....BW music is also one of a kind! :)

well godzilla is a series ..i have not followed it much. just saw the most recent one as i wanted to see visual effects

effects were good but not out of the world.

story was below par

as a critic i would give it 2/10

for time pass i would give it 5/10 as it was ok in terms of flow and all

Chinese cinema, hollywood even though they do take out crappy movies but still better then BW. BW now does not offer any original work, heck even their music is not original.

Music - BW

Rest all - HW

I do not have a preference. Good cinema is good cinema, irrespective of which industry makes it.
