I will say that while some were angry about the lack of anger on Prerna's end, I'm actually quite happy that consistently throughout the episode they framed Prerna's state of mind on her own upset and frustration about Bajaj being in jail. Her first thought wasn't that she was betrayed, it was that her husband was in jail because of her. For someone who has protected and coddled A for so long, she immediately shed any notion of him related to her and stuck to 'I need to get Mr. Bajaj out'.
