Ashok being nice makes so much more sense. And it's so real. It's like no one's inherent bad. Circumstances made him a devil. And Ashok being a normal human defines all the insecurities of Babita till date.

Today was JUST SO PERFECT. I GOT NO WORDS.

They build up tons and tons of siyappasm and clear it up in a flash.

This doesn't even make sense, the way Ashok treated and insulted Babita especially at the court when he stooped so low, made it seem like he never loved her.

Maybe Babita thought he loved her but in reality he never did, he was just fulfilling his duties 🤔

I can't seem to wrap my head around this it seems like makers are trying to justify Ashok's decision, but cheating on your spouse can never be justified 😡

This is what I can't understand either. The way he behaved with Babita didn't display an ounce of love for her. It was just one constant abuse after another. It's almost as if she was speaking about a completely different Ashok than the one we saw. 😕

@bold, I was saying this the other day and we all had a good laugh. This would be interesting.

By the way, after she revealed her insecurities to him, it is only natural that they would become intimate because one of the best ways that he can show her how much he loves her in that situation is to express it verbally and physically.

And yes, it's natural for that to happen. They both love each other, chose each other, and want to be with each other. There was no compulsion on either side and this is what happens in real life too so I don't see any problem with it being on the second night of their marriage.

Also, the writers again took a dig at all the shows where they make such a big deal in the lead up and aftermath of consummation scenes with all the fluffy stuff. This is them keeping it realistic.

I think the next phase is about Babita trying to learn to understand her rights and ask for them. I won't be surprised if she makes a move on him too from time to time because with such an encouraging husband like HS, which wife wouldn't?
