So komo is coming back. Lol I knew it. They dragged this track for too long and they need to end it before people get bored. Hina was suppose to come back but given her new projects they can't wait for her. Komolika is supposedly iconic as bajaj in the show lol although I don't find her to be iconic at all. At least we will have the bajaj family leaving the basu house and having their own story with the basus and A and komolika with their own story.

I was thinking the other day how they could have done justice to both Anurag and Prerna while Bajaj is here.

PreRish is a set track. They cant change that. But with Anurag,they could have shown a male lead on ITV that actually moves on,respects the girl's choice and is shown to be mature enough to continue with his life and take care of his family.

How refreshing would that have been! ITV lacks mature leads who are respectful from the get go.Either they are chauvinists and/or become a Majnu here so they could have set an example with Anurag, who had none of that baggage. This kind sweet shy educated gentleman actually moving on and keeping a distance once told would have worked wonderfully. He would have gotten everyone's respect and adoration.

His initial reaction should be devastation and desperation yes cause this is his first love its understandable but after a while he could have been shown as accepting it and letting Prerna go. He could still love her from afar but does not disrespect her wishes that he moves on and lets her go. They could have made Anurag an example of a great lead. What a lost opportunity.

I completely agree with you. But the sad reality is that makers do not want to show anything even relatively progressive. Right from the FL being extremely fickle and constantly taking absolute sh*t from almost everyone, to a ML who refuses to move on and getting unhinged as days go by..

Sure, obsessive lovers exist and we might have heard of them but for once they could have shown anyone other than a Devdas.
